237 Duffield Street is the hotel being developed in Downtown Brooklyn by V3 Hotels.  This exciting development project consists of 172 high-end, amenity rich, hotel rooms supplemented by over 15,000 square feet of immaculately situated premier Downtown Brooklyn retail space.  This project is our vision realized.  This project is running concurrent with the ongoing restructuring and revitalization of the Downtown Brooklyn area which includes the New Fulton Mall, MetroTech and the Atlantic Yards projects, as well as a host of new construction and development in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors.  This property is a Karl Fischer designed project and will be a fresh new addition to the ever growing and expansive Downtown Brooklyn skyline. The exquisitely grand design of 237 Duffield Street will feature a seamless blend of ergonomics and urbanity, featuring glass and light throughout, creating elegance that compliments its surrounds with the utmost levels of distinction.

We are very excited about this developement because it is in our back yard. Our roots are in Brooklyn, and they have been for generations so we are eager to step up and help create opportunity in our community. We are working with community leaders and programs to help our borough by providing jobs and opportunity to our local community. We are working with NYC initiatives in labor through Workforce1 and the DBAOC as well as leaders in the community to make sure Brooklyn runs Brooklyn.  We are also working towards energy efficiency programs through LEED and NYSERDA to help our dream of being Green, no pun intended. We aim to have a Silver designation at a minimum.

All in all, this project is a priority for us. We want to be effective and efficient without worrying solely about bottom line. Our financials are of course important to our investors and V3 alike, but we will not waver from our morals, goals and personal standards. We chose 237 Duffield Street because we knew we could make it work on all levels. Brooklyn has been missing this project and we are proud to be able to build it, in the greatest Borough.
